Cecily Markland has a broad range of skills and expertise, with more than 12 years as an editor, writer, project manager and journalist. She has conducted highly successful marketing and public relations campaigns for corporations, nonprofit organizations and authors. Cecily is adept at writing, editing and producing marketing collateral, brochures, newsletters, and packaging; and at planning new product and book rollout campaigns.Cecily is an accomplished speechwriter and trainer. She has facilitated a number of workshops and presented keynote addresses in church, business, and community groups. She has taught creative and business writing classes and has worked as a project consultant, both one-on-one with individuals and in business settings. Books she has edited include: The Book on Mind Management and Money: An Owner's Manual by Dennis R. Deaton; Raising a G-Rated Family in an X-Rated World by Brent and Phelecia Hatch; and Tactical Entrepreneur by Brian Hazelgren. She has also ghostwritten and edited a number of health and nutrition books, newsletters and manuals, such as Complete Physique and Your Weight is Over. Along with business writing, Cecily has strong journalistic and creative writing abilities. She worked as a freelance feature writer for the "Ogden Standard Examiner" for three years, and has written poetry, plays, short stories, and programs for church and community organizations and schools. Cecily is the editor of the "Arizona Beehive" newspaper. She is a member of the Arizona Management Society, American Night Writers Association and Arizona Book Publishers Association.
